Stacey launched AURA Studio after starting her own permanent makeup business in 2024, only to discover the difficulties in finding a suitable place to work from - something that was fundamental to the success her business. The problem is:
Commercial lets are impossible when you’re just starting out - leases are often 3+ years commitment, with large deposits required for new businesses.
Rent a room agreements were often rigid - or availability was minimal. “Saturdays only”. No one wants to work Saturdays!
Per hour alternatives were great to start with, but just way too expensive long term.
So when Stacey opened her own studio in 2024, she decided she wanted to create the option that didn’t exist when she needed it herself - a private beauty studio with flexible options, that scales with you as you grow.

→ Free parking on street. Excellent public transport links (a few minutes walk from Parson Street Station in Bristol).

There is free parking on-street available nearby and it is easy to reach by train (a few minutes walk from parson Street Station) or by bus.
The studio is conveniently located and clients come from all over Bristol, and beyond - including Bath, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and South Wales (Newport or Cardiff).

There is free parking just on the road next to the premises (on street parking on Nelson Street or Hardy Road, no permit required). If you cannot find parking here, keep driving down South Liberty Lane and you will find on street parking just past the railway bridge.
Please do allow time to find the premises and park - if you are more than 15 minutes later, we may not be able to complete the appointment before our next is due.

Yes, absolutely. Our clients come from all over the South West and South Wales, including Bath, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon and Newport.
The studio is well connected to many areas of Bristol and beyond, and served by public train and/or bus transport. The studio is less than 5 minutes walk from Parsons Street Train station. You can also get a taxi/Uber.

Yes, once you are onboarded you will be able to see availability, book in the studio hire online and manage/update your bookings yourself.

You must cancel the studio booking with at least 3 days notice to be refunded. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, the full amount will be charged.
It is recommended to match your own cancellation terms with the studio cancellation of at least 3 days, so if a client cancels, you will charge this back to them and will never be out of pocket.
