When you make a booking, it’s important you read and follow the precare and aftercare information sent to you, for the optimal healed results. You will receive this via email, along with a health form to complete - please fill this in as soon as you book the appointment.

If you have existing permanent makeup that is visible, you must send a photo before you book the appointment so we can check if they are faded enough and suitable for treatment. This includes existing clients booking in for annual boosts. If we are unable to go ahead due to existing pigment, the retainer is not refundable and if within the cancellation policy window, the full amount will be charged.

If you have an underlying health problem such as diabetes, high blood pressure, auto-immune disorders, recent or current chemo, have been pregnant recently or breastfeeding, or you are taking blood thinning medications, please email before booking to check if you are suitable. You may required to get a doctors note before a treatment.
